What The Role Involves
As a sales rep at Ascension Auto Lab you'll handle inbound qualified leads who reach out to book window tint services. You're the bridge between the lead submission and booking. Your job is to maximize the amount of leads who close, this includes:
1. Making 100+ Daily Dials
2. Hitting a 40%+ Live-Call Close Rate
3. Collecting $25-$50 Appointment Deposits
4. Manage Your Pipeline Daily
5. Show Up To Scheduled Team Calls
6. Review Your Calls & Train Daily
How Much Can You Make?
Assuming You Hit Standard KPI's:
1. 100 Daily Dials
2. 25% Pickup Rate
3. 40% Live Call Close Rate
You'll Hit 10 Daily Closes At $425 Average Per Close, That's $4250 In Revenue, You'll Receive 8% Commission Putting You At $8,160 Monthly Plus Bonus's.
